A Slave to Beauty

Picture from my last topic in the art classes at school. The topic was "beauty". I´ve chosen to draw this idea, because I think that we all are slaves to those ideals of beauty today. The medias and other stuff are allways influencing us and tell us what is "beautiful" and what not.
I think, we should finally break free from this slavery and see what is really beautiful. Because EVERYONE is beautiful without any exceptions. And we should all simply be ourselves and should´t be controlled by those ideals of beauty.

Many people in my art class at first didn´t understand what I´m meaning with this, but in the end they also understood it and said, it was a pretty good idea. I hope you like it as well.
